About This Course

This webinar will consider the taxation treatment of tax transparent entities such as general partnerships, limited partnerships (LPs) and look-through companies (LTCs).

The rules applying to partnerships, LPs, and LTCs have a large degree of overlap, but also some difference. This webinar will provide a refresher on the general tax treatment of look-through entities, as well as addressing some of the issues that arise particularly when changes in ownership occur.
