About This Course

This course will update the tax consequences of losses caused by and expenditure on recovery from Cyclone Gabrielle including the Budget Tax Bill proposals.

As well, we will consider:

  • The other Budget 2023 tax proposals with a particular focus on the trust proposals and the Budget day tax bills
  • Other contemporaneous tax matters
