This course introduces Root Cause Analysis (RCA), a structured approach to identifying the underlying causes of problems and process gaps. You’ll explore key tools and techniques to uncover why issues occur, not just what happened on the surface.
Participants will also learn how to evaluate the impact of possible solutions, weighing the risks of taking action versus doing nothing. This course is ideal for anyone involved in problem-solving, quality improvement, or operational efficiency.
