The course takes a holistic view of resilience with resilience strategies for all areas of your life and work. It is not a theoretical or academic course on resilience.
Please note if you are not a business owner, entrepreneur, director, executive, manager, or professional but want a general resilience course then I would recommend that you take my other course ‘Resilience for life: how to be more resilient in life & work’ rather than this one as it will be more relevant to you. There is an overlap of content between the two courses so please choose one or the other, not both.
