This course will describe the five main steps in the Performance Improvement Process Model (PIPM) and share some stories about colleagues and friends using this method - which is both informative and entertaining! We will also connect the 5 main steps and stories to I4PL’s 7 competencies.

As a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) with years of experience working with associations, I am currently the Executive Director of the Institute for Performance and Learning or I4PL. Our purpose is to elevate the performance of the Canadian workforce.
