I am a management consultant and trainer specializing in key soft skills. I design and deliver training courses, collaborating regularly with some of the most prestigious professional schools in Italy. I am also the founder of IL MIO VALORE Academy, a learning ecosystem where individuals can enhance their skills. In the past 5 years, more than 90.000 students joined my courses. As a management consultant, I know that many of my clients have already worked with other professionals but have not achieved the expected results. I have been lucky to work with highly complex companies—such as Toyota, Samsung, Roche, Timberland, Johnson & Johnson, Caterpillar, Lamborghini, and Gruppo Generali, to name a few—as well as with small entrepreneurs whose names are well known only within their specific industry.
