In this course, we explore different types of leadership styles including; Inspirational, Non-authoritarian, Take-charge, Balanced, and Strategic. We identify specific characteristics of the various leadership styles and discover how to match the leadership style to the specific needs of your organization. Upon completion of this course, you will recognize the importance of these core leadership styles and understand how to appropriately apply them in your organization today. After completing this class, HR professionals will be able to train managers to identify their natural leadership style and coach them to choose different styles based on the needs of their organization; making leadership coaching more effective, specific, and valuable.
