Mindfulness interventions improve psychological health at a time of uncertainty. This course will help align your thoughts, behaviors and actions to improve focus and productivity.

Mindfulness is a transformative practice focused on being fully present and not being overly reactive to the world around us.
Research studies have shown that practicing mindfulness meditation can help lower stress levels and significantly improve our overall health. Many of these studies also found that it can be beneficial to practice with a group.
Weaving in simple practices each day is all you need to start feeling better. If you are struggling to find the time to practice mindfulness, it is okay to start slow and small.
We wish you wellness and joy in your wellbeing journey!
