Understanding GST and Income Tax Rules for Charities and NFPs.

The Inland Revenue has issued a number of operational and practice statements in recent months relating to the GST and income tax rules as they apply to charities, not-for-profit organisations and schools. This course will look at those views and areas of focus. We will work through what it means for these organisations and consider what, if any, changes may be made to mitigate any taxation outcomes or impacts. There will be a practical focus as we look at a variety of scenarios to help better understand the implications.
