About This Course

Many groups in the community exist for purposes that the law recognises as being ‘charitable’. As these groups provide a benefit to the public, there are a number of tax concessions provided to them.

In this webinar, we will look at practical issues that arise as a result of these concessions.

Specifically, We Will Consider:

  • Income tax exemption
  • Donee status
  • What is (or is not) a donation that qualifies for the tax credit

Suited To:

  • Intermediate through advanced accountants in public practice who are dealing with charities.
  • Accountants employed by charities.
