About This Course

In this TWO hour course, you will be introduced to a new concept: Total Ethical Auditing™. The first part of TEA™ is to "Think and Plan Like a Fraud Examiner," and you will leave this session with the information to do just that!

We will discuss the main types of ethics/fraud “red flags” that exist within organizations today, such as: Disingenuous Leaders, Suspect Accounting Processes, Aggressive Incentives & Compensation, and (Un)Ethics & Technology – just to name a few. You will then use three new assessment techniques learned to prioritize where your focus needs to be at your organization. It's time to truly think and plan like a fraud examiner does each and every day!
