A major part of his tenure was dedicated to working for non-profit organisations, in both developing countries and developed countries. As a result, Angelino has broad view of the programming challenges that exist at both end of the spectrum and specifically how finance function is better placed to bridge the gap that exist between programming and financial planning. Angelino is passionate about building capacity of finance professionals working in, and new to, the non-profit sector. Angelino is a fellow of CPA Australia and CIMA (UK), completed examinations of ACCA (UK), holds a recognised MBA, and a trainer/assessor certification.
